A successful hire is a candidate you interviewed, extended an offer to, and who accepted and started work. That's the only moment our fee applies — you don't pay for shortlists, interviews, or candidates who don't make it to day one.

How much does a hire cost?

Our flat rate typically ranges from $300 to $600 per successful hire. Where you land in that range depends on the niche, the number of agents you're hiring, your industry, and how fast you need them. You'll get your exact rate on the discovery call — before any commitment.

What if they quit?

If a hire leaves within their first seven days, we replace them once at no additional cost. We restart sourcing immediately, and the replacement goes through the same screening process as the original candidate — communication skills, English proficiency, professionalism, and relevant sales experience.

Do you charge retainers?

No. There are no retainers, subscriptions, or monthly minimums — and never a percentage of salary. You pay one flat rate per successful hire, and that's it. Compare that to the 15–25% of first-year salary a traditional agency charges per placement.

Do you only recruit salespeople?

No. Sales roles are our core focus — it's where we built our track record — but we also place recruiters, customer support agents, virtual assistants, and other remote team members. If the role works remotely, we can likely fill it.
